About OTBB India
We are an independent betting comparison site dedicated to helping Indian bettors make informed choices about where to bet online.
Who We Are
OnTheBallBets (OTBB) India is the Indian edition of OnTheBallBets, a trusted UK betting comparison platform that has been helping bettors make smarter choices since 2016.
OTBB India is operated by M & B Marketing SARL (French company registration 837729300). We provide honest, independent reviews of online betting sites and betting apps available to players in India.
Our team consists of experienced betting industry analysts who understand the Indian market — from the importance of UPI and PhonePe payment methods to the nuances of cricket betting and IPL wagering. We are not a bookmaker ourselves; we are an editorial and comparison service that sits between you and the operators.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: help Indian bettors find trustworthy, licensed operators that offer a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience.
The Indian online betting market is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes a flood of operators — not all of whom have your best interests at heart. We cut through the noise by applying rigorous, consistent evaluation criteria to every site we review. We only recommend operators that meet our standards for licensing, security, payment reliability, and customer service.
How We Rate Betting Sites
Every betting site and app we review is assessed against our proprietary OTBB Rating Methodology — five weighted dimensions scored 0–10, adapted from our UK methodology for the Indian market.
OTBB Offer Value Score
Evaluates welcome bonuses across five sub-criteria: Total Value (35%), Wagering Requirements (25%), Minimum Odds (20%), Payment Exclusions (10%), and Expiry Window (10%). Each sub-criterion is scored 0–10 and multiplied by its weighting to produce the overall offer score.
For Indian operators we assess INR bonus value, rollover conditions achievable within the Indian market (cricket-heavy schedules), and whether UPI/crypto deposits qualify.
OTBB Trust Index
Assesses licensing credentials, responsible gambling tools (deposit limits, self-exclusion), complaint resolution responsiveness, and operational transparency. For UK operators, we verify UKGC licence status via the Gambling Commission public register. For Indian-market operators, we verify Curaçao eGaming or MGA licensing, check for active regulatory complaints, and assess Trustpilot/review site ratings normalised to a 10-point scale.
Any regulatory fine or sanction triggers significant score reduction regardless of other factors.
OTBB Margin Grade
Compares odds across cricket, football, tennis, and other sports vs 10+ competitors, calculating average payout percentages. For India, we focus on IPL match winner and Premier League 1X2 markets.
- 9–10: Sub-5% margins (excellent, exchange-level value)
- 7–8: 5–6% margins (good, competitive operators)
- 5–6: 6–7% margins (average, typical Curaçao-licensed sites)
- Below 5: 7%+ margins (poor value)
OTBB Feature Completeness
Evaluates Android APK and iOS app performance including download ratings, feature parity vs desktop, navigation ease, stability, and user experience. We test apps on multiple devices over 2-week periods, assessing crash frequency, bet placement speed, live streaming quality, and biometric login.
For India we also assess Hindi language support, cricket-specific features (live scoreboards, IPL market depth), and whether the app works well on mid-range Android devices popular in India.
OTBB Payment Flexibility
Measures actual withdrawal processing times based on independent testing with real money deposits and withdrawals. For Indian operators, we test UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, crypto (USDT/BTC), e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay), and bank transfers.
Operators processing e-wallet withdrawals in under 1 hour score 9+/10. Those taking 24+ hours score below 7/10. We also assess INR deposit/withdrawal minimums and any hidden fees.

Editorial Independence
OTBB India is editorially independent. While we earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with some of the operators we review, this never influences our ratings or recommendations.
Our reviews are written by our editorial team based on real testing and analysis, not by the operators themselves. If a site does not meet our standards, we will say so — regardless of any commercial relationship.
